Returns & Exchanges
While LK maintains an exceptional delivery record, we understand that damage in transit can occasionally occur. Rest assured, we take great care in packaging your products to minimize any risk during shipping. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process refunds or exchanges, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damage, the package and shipping label. Your items are insured to ensure the protection of both you and LKCC.
Due to the nature of a custom made shop, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have any issue with your order, please contact LK within 7 days of receiving to understand any available options.
Shipping
Most items purchased are insured and shipped with USPS. If you prefer a different mail carrier, please reach out at the time of purchase to request a carrier change. This change may accrue additional charges for shipping, which will conveyed to you at the time of your request. Currently, LK is only shipping to the United States. Please message to inquire about any international deliveries.

Care Instructions for Hand Painted Glass
Hand washing glassware is essential to maintain its clarity and prevent scratching or wear to a painted surface. Start by rinsing the glass with warm water to remove any residue. Use a gentle dish soap and a soft sponge to carefully clean the surface, avoiding abrasive materials. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft towel. Do not ever place hand painted glass in a dishwasher. Items that have been damaged due to dishwashing will not be replaced or refunded. Care instructions come with all usable pieces.
What type of paint do you use?
LK glass products are all created using an acrylic enamel formulated for glass, metal and ceramics. After painted surfaces are completely dry, pieces are baked in a low temp oven to adhere the paint to the glass. This process prevents any peeling, scratching or fading to your usable hand painted piece. We have found that time is a friend to hand painted glass as the painted imagery gets more durable with age.
When will it ship?
Due to the nature of a handmade and primarily custom made shop, shipping times can vary by product. All items include an estimated shipping window. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is ready to depart and for custom items, you will often receive photos once your product is complete. LK ships most items USPS priority, and a few cases of First Class service. No overnight options are available unless arranged with LK during the time of purchase. Any upgraded services will likely require a fee. October-January are the highest volume months for the LK shop. If you are purchasing for the holidays, it is often expected to allow at least 4 weeks or more for production and delivery.

Painted Limitations
My journey of a professional artist unfolds through the beauty of nature. I specialize in transforming glass and ceramic items into unique canvases that reflect the world around us. While I embrace whimsical figures, I keep the focus on nature themed subjects and do not accept human portraits or copyrighted imagery. Each piece is an original creation, crafted with care and respect for artistic integrity. LK will nrefuse to copy or replicate a design created by another artist. Copyrighted imagery such as characters and logos are prohibitted from LK production.
